Navigation by browsing for Gene Records by Alphabetical List

STEP 1: Browsing the Alphabetical List of constructs:
The enzymes are divided into Glycosyltransferases, Glycosyl Hydrolases, and Other Glycan Modifying enzymes and sorted by either by CAZy family or alphabetical order by gene symbol (gene name) for the entire list. Clicking the navigation links on the left of the browser window will show a table of the respective lists of genes.

STEP 2: Clicking on the "Alphabetical List" link will reveal a table of genes listed aphabetically by Gene Symbol
Genes listed in GREEN have bees successfully captured and are available in the repository. Those listed in GRAY have not been successfully captured and are not available. Clicking on the Gene Symbol entry will navigate to the Gene Record.

STEP 3: Clicking on a gene symbol (gene name) will show the corresponding gene record.

Each gene record contains annotation information for the given gene as well as links for the respective databases (upper panel). The table in the lower panel provides design information for all constructs including sequence data (in GenBank format) and clone IDs for the respective pDONR constructs, mammalian and bacterial expression vectors in DNASU, and baculovirus expression vectors, available from the Jarvis lab.

STEP 4: To acquire the corresponding plasmid clone, copy the clone ID and click the link at the column header that says "DNASU Clone ID". This will take you to plasmid search page for DNASU.

PLEASE NOTE: All baculovirus stocks are obtained directly from the Jarvis lab not from DNASU.

STEP 5: Once you are at the DNASU search page paste the Clone ID into the search page and click search:

STEP 6: The construct plasmid record will be shown with additional links to annotation information. Once you confirm that the construct encodes your gene of interest you can click the "Add To Cart" button and complete the purchase of the clone.
