How to find an enzyme expression construct on this website:
A) If you know the Gene Symbol (Gene Name) of your protein of interest, then BROWSE the available genes by ALPHABETICAL LIST or by CAZy Family.
B) If you do not know the Gene Symbol, but you know the activity of the enzyme or the enzyme name then search for the Gene Symbol HERE and then search for the gene record on this site.
C) If you found the gene record and you want to acquire the corresponding Gateway® pDONR clone, mammalian or bacterial expression constructs, or recombinant baculovirus vectors then click HERE.
